Kasandra Monid is the founder of Toronto-based ThinkLife Wellness whose goal is to provide guidance and support to people seeking simple, practical strategies for well-being through healthy stress management or graceful aging.
As a wellness advisor, Kasandra uses her formal training as a life coach, nutritionist, chef, and in mindfulness and traditional Chinese Qigong to provide an integrative mind-body-spirit approach to preventive self-care.
For over a decade, Kasandra has been helping people to stress less and live better through one-on-one sessions and corporate wellness seminars. She has been featured in online magazines such as Canadian Living, Weight Watchers, IG Wealth Management and Go Solo and her wellness tips have as well been shared in a variety of publications including the Toronto Star, Global News and Investment Executive.
Kasandra believes that creating physical and mental resilience is more relevant today than ever and she shows clients how to achieve this through basic preventive self-care.
